I’m Barbara Wendlowski, and as a Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario) and Somatic Experiencing® (SEP) Practitioner, I guide people toward healing in ways that feel right for them. You can choose individual relational counselling, SEP, or a blend of both. In our sessions, you’ll have a safe, gentle, trauma‑informed space to explore your thoughts and feelings, reconnect with your body, and build greater self-awareness,  calm and resilience.

A supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life challenges in a collaborative and non-judgmental way. Individual counselling can help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Sessions are paced to your comfort

Somatic Therapy

Sometimes talking isn’t enough. Somatic Experiencing® gently works with the body and nervous system, supporting emotional release, self-regulation, and healing at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
